Delivery of goods
According to the information of the carriers, it is forbidden to send shipments to Russia to a private person according to Russian legislation. Shipments to Russia for individuals by DHL Express have been prohibited since 2010. We apologize, but we are not be able to send the goods to Russian Federation.
Worldwide shipping is free!
Goods are transported by courier companies SPS, DPD, PACKETA, Slovak Post.
Yes, we ship worldwide except Russia based on the information of the carriers that it’s forbidden to send shipments to Russia to a private person according to Russian legislation.
In the upper left corner you can find an “order tracking” button. Fill in the order ID and email address click on “track” button then you will see tracking link and summary of your order.
Payments can be made by Bank Transfer, Paypal and credit card via Stripe.

Unfortunately, editing or canceling order after submit won’t be possible based on our fulfilment automated warehouse which will process your order immediately.
In the case of an order, the buyer will receive a confirmation email about the receipt and dispatch of the order, the tracking number of the shipment, information about the delivery of the goods.
Returns and guarantees
Yes, you can. Goods can be returned within 14 days of purchase. Modified or used products or any items marked as non-refundable on the product page are not within our return guidelines.

If you don’t have an account simply fill out our online form here: https://www.wstore.sk/returns-and-guarantees/ . Then send us the goods by mail with provided tracking number. Pack that properly to avoid any damages. After we receive and check the product we’ll send you a refund.
The length of the warranty depends on the type of product. Refurbished products have a 30-day warranty. New products have 12-36 months depending on the specific product. You can find the length of warranty on each product page.

As a reason for request choose “DEFECTIVE ITEM”. If you don’t have an account simply fill out our online form here: https://www.wstore.sk/warranty-claim/ . Then send us the goods by mail with provided tracking number. Pack the shipment properly to avoid any damages. Modified or items with any signs of damages will be marked as irreparable and are not within our warranty guidelines.

If you log in to your customer account you will see the catalogue prices of the products, which are updated daily.
Goods invoiced by 2:00 p.m. will be shipped on the day of invoicing. Goods invoiced after 2:00 p.m. will be shipped the next business day.
